These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of HIIT Timer: Interval Workouts ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app is a workout interval timer intended to help you plan and run HIIT-style workouts. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.
The app is a timer and workout-planning tool only. It does not provide medical, fitness, or health advice, and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition. You use the app, and perform any workouts it helps you plan or track, entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, health issue, or other harm arising from your use of the app.
Workout plans, settings, and workout history you create are stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for this data; we do not back it up, and it may be lost if you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
The app offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and subscription status is managed on our behalf by RevenueCat, as described in our Privacy Policy. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Google Play's terms of service and billing policies.
The app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by applicable law.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate (for example, timer accuracy may be affected by your device's operating system or background restrictions).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
